"This rich and velvety, mouth-filling Moulin-à-Vent has a gracefulness and lightness of touch that takes your breath away. Stacks of black fruit aromas. Extremely long, structured finish that somehow manages to be totally engaging, almost charming. From the Aux Caves site, which is south-facing and has a sandy granitic soil. This is 100% whole cluster. Matured in used oak barrels from Burgundy for just under a year. Drink or hold."
