Domaine Joblot Givry Premier Cru 'Servoisine' komt uit Bourgogne, Frankrijk. Uiteraard wordt deze prachtwijn gemaakt van (biologische) Pinot Noir druiven. Zowel de vergisting als de rijping vindt plaats in eikenhouten voeders, waarbij er altijd nauwkeurig gelet wordt op het behoudt van vitaliteit en fraîcheur. Er wordt niet geklaard en gefilterd.
Proefnotitie
De Givry Premier Cru 'Servoisine' van Domaine Joblot heeft rijke geuren van rood en zwart fruit, florale tonen en licht kruidige nuances. In de mond sappig en breed van smaak, ondersteund door mooie zuren en een ronde, lange afdronk.

"Attaining some 13% natural alcohol, the 2017 Givry 1er Cru Servoisine is the fullest and most mature of Joblot's 2017s, exhibiting alluring notes of wild berries, ripe blackberry and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and richly tannic, with promising depth and dimension, concluding with a youthfully chewy finish that I suspect will have rounded out by the time it's bottled."
